Shipping Policy

We do our best to get all orders out as soon as possible. During normal times, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Typically all orders will be delivered within 6-9 business days after the order has processed. If any delays occur with the order we will contact the customer via email. 

In the rare occurrence that inventory is out of stock, we’ll display the backorder status and expected ship date on the product page, and we’ll also include the expected “Ships By” date in your order confirmation email. Backordered items may extend the anticipated delivery timeframe, so please check these details if you’re purchasing a backordered product.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cozyforme.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Additional information

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider indicated in the email notification sent with your tracking number. 

You are responsible for the payment of any additional duties or fees mandated by customs and not indicated as being inclusive in the purchase price or shipping fees. 

If you submitted an incorrect delivery address at the time of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cozyforme.com, but we are not responsible for incorrect or mistyped addresses and cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept the delivery or update your information with our delivery service provider to redirect the order to the correct address. If we are able to update the delivery address, we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
