We offer a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will try to solve the problem for you.

Returns

30 days from receipt of your item to contact us for return.

To be eligible for a return:

Item(s) must be returned in “as new” condition with all packaging included.

A receipt (in the form of an order number and/or receipt) is required for return purposes.

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

After we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will inform you by email whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved:

After we receive your return and have inspected it, we will inform you whether your return has been approved or not. If your return has been approved, your refund will be made back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be processed by your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are charged to the customer. However, in cases where items are delivered to customers damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping.

We will send you a replacement or refund you in full for the item.

Exchanges

Cozy for Me will only replace any items that are defective or damaged.
Please contact us before you return an item for an exchange.
